Shipping policy

1. Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping, excluding a few remote island regions we’re unable to deliver to. Our primary shipping regions include the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Continental Europe, Australia, and South Africa. Delivery to other countries may take longer — thank you for your patience.


2. How long does it take?

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

3. How much is the shipping cost?

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $59

  • Insured Tracked Shipping (covers loss/damage): $1.99

  • Expedited Tracked Shipping: $19.99

Free shipping is available for both domestic and international orders (excluding remote locations). Please note: Insured and expedited shipping options are optional upgrades.


4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order via the “Track My Order” page on our website. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to activate.


5. Order Cancellation

To cancel or change your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once processing or shipping begins, we’re unable to make changes.


6. Unclaimed Orders

We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed delivery. Please ensure your address details are correct.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


8. Separate Packages

Orders may arrive in separate packages if:

  • Some items are on backorder

  • Weight restrictions apply to a shipment


9. Returns & Exchanges

You may return unused, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us first — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) services.


COVID-19 Shipping Delays

Due to COVID-19, order processing and shipping may be delayed by up to 14 business days.
